Most frequent questions and answers
We do recommend booking an appointment so that you get exclusive use of our bridal room for you and your party. We offer 1.5 hours for you to find your dream dress with refreshments on arrival. We would advise to book 2 weeks in advance were possible, especially for our evening and weekend appointments. If you need to rearrange please let us know as soon as possible.
We are on a main road which does have pay and display for up to 2 hours and there are plenty of small roads round and about within walking distance of our boutique.
We have a huge selection of gowns from size 8 up to size 24 so please don’t worry or be nervous! Plus we have ways of making the dresses fit so you can imagine yourself on the big day.
For bridal orders we take £200 to secure the order and the price. Payments can be made by cash or card, either in the shop or by telephone. We also offer bank transfers and standing orders. You will need to have paid 50% of your order for measurements to be taken and the dress ordered in. Display dresses can be purchased with a £200 deposit and regular payments can be made through the same methods.
