Most frequent questions and answers

We do recommend booking an appointment so that you get exclusive use of our bridal room for you and your party. We offer 1.5 hours for you to find your dream dress with refreshments on arrival. We would advise to book 2 weeks in advance were possible, especially for our evening and weekend appointments. If you need to rearrange please let us know as soon as possible.

We are on a main road which does have pay and display for up to 2 hours and there are plenty of small roads round and about within walking distance of our boutique.

We have a huge selection of gowns from size 8 up to size 24 so please don’t worry or be nervous! Plus we have ways of making the dresses fit so you can imagine yourself on the big day.

We ask for £150-£200 deposit on your perfect dress. We are very flexible with payment plans and everything will be explained at your appointment. At the point of measuring you and ordering we need half the cost of your dress to be paid. You can then continue to pay your balance flexibly. Once you get booked in for your first appointment with our seamstress we would need your balance to be cleared (around 6 weeks before your wedding).
