What a lovely experience, the staff were so friendly, helpful and down to earth, felt like I'd known them for years, they made me feel amazing and helped me find my dream dress. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much ladies, you were amazing. xx

I had a lovely first appointment with Melissa and Jess who were amazing at making me feel comfortable and at helping me narrow down the right style and fit for my figure. Such a lovely shop with beautiful dresses and a fabulous team of ladies.

I said yes to the dress!!
Thankyou to Sandra & Elle who made my whole experience just magical. Both gorgeous souls. I went in to just figure out what kind of dress to shop for. I did not expect to leave with a chosen dress!! All of my ideas went out the window because they just knew what I needed. I haven't felt that good about myself in such a long time. I never ever thought I'd look that good in a dress. I am so excited to wear it for real on the day!! Xx

Thank you so much to the lovely ladies at Boutique Brides of Crosby for giving me the most wonderful experience. This is the third bridal shop I had visited and by far the best experience and service I have received on my wedding dress journey. The ladies who helped me on the day were so friendly and welcoming! Debbie the owner is absolutely amazing! Debbie answered all of my questions via social media and even went to the trouble of ordering in a dress I wanted to try on - which I eventually said yes to!! Can’t wait to come back and see you all again for my fittings x

A massive Thank You to all all the lovely ladies at Boutique Brides especially to Sandra and Pat!
They made me feel so relaxed from my first appointments and couldn’t have done enough especially in uncertain times after having to postpone our wedding earlier in the year, everyone was so understanding.
Felt so ready and special on my ‘big day’, absolutely loved my dress so thank you to all again!

I first visited Boutique Brides of Crosby last August. I returned only a few days later and said yes to the dress!
My gown was a Ronald Joyce and the service from all of the ladies at BB was second to none! Even in the middle of a Global Pandemic, the team organised virtual appointments and Deb was always on Messenger offering advice and support.
I had my dream day on Saturday 24th July and felt like a princess in my own fairytale!

I had a wonderful experience at Boutique Brides of Crosby! The whole team of staff were wonderful but I have to give a special mention to Deb who went above and beyond for me. I genuinely felt like a queen. I had been to 10 bridal stores both in Birmingham and Liverpool and the customer service here was 11/10! It was lovely to be listened to, respected and be in an environment which allows you to make decisions at your own pace. My needs were surpassed and even with a last minute blip, because I knew Deb had my back I didn’t need to worry about anything. Honestly you guys deserve all the awards and I hope your business continues to grow from strength to strength! Xx

I had the most amazing time when I said yes to my dress at BB, Pat and Ciara were just brilliant with me and my family and made the experience just perfect! My dress is out of this world and I can’t wait to go back for my fittings! 100% recommend this place to all the brides out there who want a full on bridal experience the shop, staff and atmosphere are second to none! Again, thanks to Pat and Ciara, you’re both incredible xxxx

"Had the best day yesterday, my first ever time I went wedding dress shopping and what can I say, Sandra and Laura were absolutely amazing I was so nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and so special, they did such a good job and in the end I said 'yes to the dress' I can't thank you girls enough and I can't wait for my next appointment for my Bridesmaids dresses... "What a great experience I had today. Was greeted by the lovely Pat and Laura and from the moment I walked in they made me feel completely at ease. Being a plus size bride I didn't really feel confident trying on dresses but the girls asked me lots of questions about what I liked and asked me also to try different things. There were loads of options for me as well. I'm so glad I did try everything on because I found my dream dress and I felt amazing in it. Thankyou Ladies for a lovely afternoon.

"Well... what can I say. To say I was nervous about trying on a wedding dress is an understatement. I am really self conscious and was convinced I would not find a dress to suit me. Well I did and it turned out to be the dress I have had photos on my phone of for 6 months but never thought I would be able to afford it or ever look half decent in it. Deb and Laura were amazing and Laura made me feel so at ease"
